Diep IO

Diep IO is one of those addictive games with many unexpected elements. It’s a survival-style multiplayer game where you control a simple tank—basically just a circle with a cannon—but it quickly turns into something much more intense. You just need to control your object to survive as long as possible and defeat all other players. But once you actually start playing, you realize there’s a lot more strategy involved than it first seems.

Gameplay Basics

When I first jumped into the game, I started as this tiny, underpowered tank. At that point, it honestly felt a bit slow and fragile. The map is filled with shapes like squares and triangles, and breaking them is how you earn XP. At first, I just focused on shooting those shapes and avoiding other players because it’s really easy to get taken out early on if you’re not careful.

Controls (Keyboard + Mouse)

Move: WASD or Arrow keys

Aim: Move your mouse

Shoot: Left mouse click (or hold to auto-fire)

Auto-fire: Press E

Auto-spin: Press C

Quick Tips

At the start, focus on destroying shapes instead of fighting players—you’ll level up faster and safer.

Don’t rush into fights early; I’ve lost plenty of games by being too aggressive too soon.

Try different upgrade builds to see what fits your playstyle best.
