Shady Cats is a casual platform game built around a simple but exciting idea. Make the cute little cat cross a series of platforms where she should collect fish while evading the shadow appearing behind her.

Initially, the game seems simple. You only have to jump from platform to platform and collect the fish. But the shadow starts following you and getting closer every time you do any action.

The biggest challenge is to learn how to play strategically instead of rushing forward.

Advice for Players of Computers

- For maneuvering your cat from one platform to another, utilize the directional keys or either of the two A and D keys.

- Use the Up Arrow or Spacebar to jump over an obstacle.

- Don’t forget to bounce back on the already-been-way because the shadow will prevent you from doing this.

- Try planning in advance when you need to jump; catch the fish whenever possible.

Is Shady Cats Complicated?

It is easy to start playing Shady Cats, but it can become challenging after a certain amount of playing. It will not take long for players to get familiar with the primary idea of the game; however, to play it perfectly may take time to practice.

The difficulty lies in combining two goals: capturing fish and avoiding the shadow at the same time. If one pays too much attention to catching fish, he/she may be caught by the shadow.
