Vortex.io – Rule the Ocean with Giant Whirlpools!

Vortex.io is an exciting action io game where you play as a brave captain controlling your ship in the middle of the vast ocean. Your mission? Create giant whirlpools, sucking everything around and becoming the dominant force on the sea.

What will you do?

You start with a small boat, but by moving smartly and collecting items, you will gradually upgrade your whirlpool to become stronger. From floating debris, other small boats to formidable opponents - all can be swept into your water hole if you are fast and strong enough.

How to Control?

On mobile (iOS/Android):

• Move the boat: Use your finger to touch and drag on the screen to control the direction of the boat.
• Boost (if available): Press the boost button to move quickly for a short time – often used to chase or escape a large whirlpool.
• Map observation: A small corner on the screen often has a mini-map to help you locate yourself and your opponents.

On a computer (Web browser):

• Move the boat: Use the mouse to navigate – the boat will automatically move according to the cursor.
• Boost: Press the spacebar or right-click to use boost (if enabled).
• Observe: Move the mouse to look around, taking advantage of the long-range vision to detect danger or weak targets.
